Blue World Marketing, LLC ("we") operates low-volume operational text alerts for its employees and contractors across the businesses it operates: Smoky Mountains Company, National Science Labs, Blue World Marketing, TreMega and Smoky Mountain Construction.
When you are enrolled in the alert list we store your mobile number and, for each message, its content and delivery status. We do not collect any other personal information for this programme.
Your number is used only to send the operational alerts you asked for: system health notices, missed-call and voicemail alerts, maintenance and job alerts, and urgent customer enquiries. We never send marketing or promotional messages to this list.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing. Messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider, which processes the number only to deliver them.
We keep your number while you remain enrolled and remove it when you opt out or leave the team. Message logs are retained for up to 12 months for operational troubleshooting.
